Shipping: Most large non-UPS-able products are shipped tailgate delivery. This is the most economical delivery available. It means the driver will bring the product to the back of the truck. Someone from your company or building will have to unload the item off the back of the truck and move it into your building.
It is the consignee's (customer's) obligation to count and inspect the condition of the cartons before signing the delivery receipt. Short shipments or damaged cartons must be noted on the delivery receipt. Please inspect contents of all cartons. You must save original cartons for inspection. Any claims for short shipments, noted damage or concealed damage must be reported within 3 days to Customer Service at 800-655-5676. Failure to comply will make the customer liable for any additional charges in replacing or returning item(s).
Cancellations: Please know that orders cannot be cancelled after they have been shipped. If you do cancel an order you must call our customer service center at 800-655-5676 before it is shipped. We will email you a cancellation notice if the product has not been shipped. Only then will the cancellation be in effect.
Returns: A Return Authorization must be issued before returning any merchandise. Please call Customer Service at 800-655-5676 for an authorization number, or email us at ask@opo-us.com . A restocking charge as well as round trip freight charges will be incurred.
Product must be in original carton, unassembled and unused. Returns cannot be made after a product has been assembled. Custom orders are non-returnable.
Returns cannot be made after 30 days.
